I deleted Fortnight from my iMac (Retina, 5k 27-inch 2020;MacOS Big Sur Version 11.73) but it didn't free up any space according to About This Mac > Storage. I tried rebooting the iMac but I still didn't get back all the space that it was saying Fortnite takes up on my hard drive. How can I recover that lost space?

Please be sure to follow these instructions when removing any software from your Mac: Uninstall apps on your Mac.
If you have already moved the app to the Trash, you may need to empty the Trash to permanently delete the files.
