Sharing reminders

Hi, Can anyone help me? I’d like to share a list with my husband however for some reason there is no ‘share’ option in the drop down menu?

Running IOS 16.2

Iphone 13 pro

The share list will appear only if the Reminders are on iCloud. They won't appear if they are on Outlook or Yahoo.
