My phone is connected to wifi but will not access the internet

First you should check on another device if your WiFi network is working, if it does, then you can reset your network setting by following the next steps:

Go to settings > General > Transfer or reset iPhone > Reset > Reset network settings

Does it happen at home only, or using different wifi networks too? Please test it.
