Flexgate

My MacBook Air M1 2020 got flexgate issue and can't be opened even 80 degree, and apple won't repair it for me for free, even it's their fault. can anyone please help me?

Flexgate Problem I have a 16" Macbook Pro and have just experienced this flexgate problem, the screen pops off when i open it up to about 45 degrees, if i go past this point it comes back on, there is about 5-10 degrees where the screen will not work! Why has this just started happening now, is it a hardware issue? I have noticed there is a recall option for the 13" and 15" models but not this one. Although i can still work on the computer, it is extremely frustrating when programs restart when the screen goes off. Can anyone offer any advise on this please and thanks. Peter

Flexgate problem on MacBook Air M1 My MAC air m1 is blacking out display after opening the lid to certain angle and I’m out of warranty like 2 Months exceeding.. anyways I can get this done or any free program available for the same .. I just don’t feel like paying huge amount for a design flaw because I’m relating to the symptoms of damaged flexgate .. please help with this

Flexgate issues with 2017 MacBook Pro (13inch with Touch Bar) How many of you guys got it successfully serviced by apple for free? I understand it is not covered under the service program because apple refuses to admit they didn't fix the design flaw till the 2018 models of these badly engineered laptops. Regardless I am curious as my now laptop of over 4 years is an overpriced oddly shaped Mac mini with an intel chip from 2017 that is only useful with an external display and Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Did apple make any exceptions for you if not what were their reasons, if they did what different reasons did they give? should I get store credit and buy an iPad Pro or should I buy a windows machine? What is my best course of action because I am not paying apple a single penny to fix a computer that is no longer working just from normal use.

This is a user-to-user help forum. You said Apple won't repair it so it appears you've already contacted them and if so there's nothing we can do to help.
