Top right corner sounds like a Safari Notification — attention-getting banners that appear at the top right corner of your screen when using Safari.

If that's the case you can disable them on a site-by-site basis: Customize website notifications in Safari on Mac. Most of those Notifications are annoying as you already know. It's best to "just say no" when a website asks if you want them.

It probably is not adware, but that is possible. If you cannot find a Safari Notification responsible for it please write back for additional instructions. They are likely to refer you to Removing "Search Marquis" / "Search Baron" / etc on your own - Apple Community. You might as well bookmark that User Tip for the future anyway. Deception is how those things get installed.

I do not understand most of your question but I do understand you are encountering annoying popups while using Safari. Is that correct? If so two Apple Support documents are applicable.

Allow or block pop-ups in Safari on Mac - Apple Support: You can enable or disable pop-up windows on a per-website basis, or globally for all websites.

Change Websites settings in Safari on Mac - Apple Support, under Pop-up Windows.
