Problem

i have tried to buy icloud storage on 24th january 2023 with my credit card but i couldnt because of insufficient credit, i wanted to buy storage only for one month and it costed 1.99€ .

but today apple took from my account 31.99 twice(63.98) total . I want you to stop this transfer and to release my money back.

View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support


and then, once you sign into the site there should be a way to contact apple directly about the purchase. They are the ones that can issue credits.
