My beats flex has no power. They have been on the charger overnight and still no power.

My beats are RE manufactured from apple. My first pair did the same thing. I contacted support and they sent me this pair but I’m having the same results. I’m connecting my beats flex to my galaxy S22+. It works for about a month or two now it won’t even turn on. No power at all. It was on the charger all night and still no power.

I can not reset because my headset has no power. The red light does not come on to signal that it is reset.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. To get started, do you get any response from your Beats Flex if you try resetting them with the steps shown in the following resource: Set up and use your Beats Flex earphones after service - Apple Support


Reset your Beats Flex
1. Press and hold both the power button and the volume down button for 15 seconds.
2. When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.


If not, do you by chance have access to another charging cable or adapter that you can test charging your Beats with? This can help determine if the issue is with your charging cable or adapter, or if we need to look into other options for your Beats.
