Apple TV movies for sale don't refresh

I am building my digital movie and TV collection. The movies shown in the $4.99, $6.99, $9.99, etc., sections are the same for weeks at a time. They even show ones that I already purchased (reducing the opportunity to buy additional products because obviously I can't/wouldn't buy something twice). Is there a way to refresh movies offered in these sections?
