English plus French characters on keyboard

How can I order a MacBook pro (in a Berlin shop) with both English and French characters printed on the keyboard?

I see options like "English" or "French" in a dropdown menu, but I need both.

A French keyboard is not missing any characters needed for English

I'm puzzled by what English characters you think could be missing from a French keyboard. Can you provide specifics?

French keyboards are AZERTY instead of QWERTY, which might make a difference depending on what you are used to. An English keyboard can also easily type all the accented characters needed for French, even if they might not be printed on the keys.

Below is the Apple French keyboard, so you can see if there is anything that would cause you a problem. Whether you can buy it in a shop, you will have to call the shop, nobody here would know. But Apple's online store in Germany definitely sells for English and French keyboards.
