I have lost all my photos and videos
I have lost all my photos and videos from iphone when I have sign out from iphone. Whereas my data is available on iCloud. How can I get my all photos on iphone

If you can see your photos in iCloud but not on your iPhone, check if Photos is enabled in iCloud on your iPhone.
You can also view your photos here: https://icloud.com
Go to:
Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Photos. Enable Photos.
If Photos is enabled. Restart your iPhone when it's back on, then connect to WiFi and charger. Open the Photos app and lock your iPhone. Your iPhone SHOULD start downloading your photos now. Remember it can easily take some time, depending on how many photos you have.
Also check that you have enough space on your iPhone, you can do that here:
Settings > General > iPhone Storage
