i don’t get back to download my Facebook app and messenger, when I try to install my Facebook an messenger need have payment, I don’t understand, can’t get download my Facebook app and messenger

That message means Apple is having a problem with the payment method you have entered. It isn't saying anything about a problem connecting to the iTunes Store. You have a stong WiFi signal so the weak telephone service connection doesn't matter. I download apps on devices with no cellular service at all.


Do as it instructs. Tap: Settings > [your name at the top] > Media & Purchases > View Account > Review Apple ID and check your payment information is current. Even if you only want something that is free fixing the problem method will be required if you already have any payment form on record.


- Are you (still) using a valid payment method? --> Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support


- If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store - If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support - various reasons why payment method is declined.


- If this abruptly started happening try removing and re-entering your payment information -

Remove a payment method --> Remove a payment method from your Apple ID - Apple Support

Add a payment method to your Apple ID - Add a payment method to your Apple ID - Apple Support



- Do the name, address (all spelling, letter case and punctuation), and card numbers exactly match those you have entered? You didn't mis-type anything?


- You entered the 3 digit security code for the card? Correctly?


- The country for the bank and your address are the same as the iTunes Store country you are using?


- See the end of the document linked above for special measures that may be necessary for some cards, plus about contacting your financial institution to make sure your records match.

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.

You need to tap Continue, and sign in to view 'your' billing information -> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details -> https://appleid.apple.com                                                     

On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.

 

Or -> Add a payment method to your Apple ID

  • If you want to change your card, you need to add first the new card, then remove the old card.
  • or if you use your Apple ID balance, you need to set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.


If you update your payment method or add funds to your Apple ID balance, It would take about 1 to 3 business days in order to process.

If you're still unable to update your payment method, Contact Apple Support.
