My iphone 12 camera in not focusing??

My iphone is fully updated kn ios 16.3 before this update my camera was working properly. But now when i try to scan QR code or take a picture if any text from a certain range it shows blur picture, It is happening on in 1x camera in ultrawide camera its working properly. Can anyone help me with this problem. I really need to solve this problem
