After updating the Ventura, the layout of Print has been changed and I can't find the Secure Print to fill in passcode when I want to add my new Xerox Printers (Fuji Xerox DocuCentre-V C2275 & Fuji Xerox DocuCentre-V C2276).

This appears to an Office Setup and the Printer is connect to the Company Network which is on the Third Floor.
I would suggest speaking to the Network Admin as to how you manually input the Office PIN code to allow the Secure Print function.
On previous MacOS, we usually add the printer first and then open Preview app (or Words). File -> Print and then we find the Secure Print on Xerox Features (Copies & Pages tab) to input the passcode manually (following Xerox guide).
Right now, after updating macOS I can't see the Xerox Features or Secure Print to fill in the Passcode...
