previously cell value

Dear community

I download a template file, exactly stocks, and one formula inside the cell is the different between "total portfolio" (value1) and it "previously value" (value2). Meanwhile value1 is the sum of each margin row, I don't find where and how Number calculate value2

It is in the table below in a hidden column. I find it helpful to turn off in Numbers Preferences the setting to "use header names as labels". And leave it off. If you do that you will see that the cell is in column L of the table below. In that table, right click on one of the column letters and choose "unhide all columns" to see it and the other hidden columns (G and L-M). Or right click on K and choose "unhide columns L-M"
