iphone 13 speaker issue

Start with these troubleshooting steps If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker:

1. Move the Ring/Silent switch forward to disable the mute option. 
2. Disable Do Not Disturb in Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb.
3. Remove a screen protectors, films, or cases from your iPhone and check that the speaker is clean and not blocked by dirt or debris. 
4. Go to Settings > Sounds (or Settings > Sounds & Haptics), and drag the Ringer and Alerts slider back and forth to test. 

If audio sounds normal with a connected headset or speaker, you may want to contact Apple Support directly for more help with repair options.
