CarPlay not working after iOS 16.3 Update (iPhone 14 Pro) -- Please Help!

Hi there, after updating to iOS 16.3 (on iPhone 14 Pro), CarPlay has not been working properly in either of my vehicles. Both are Ford vehicles and have worked no problem up until this update. I've tried removing and re-adding device, both on phone and on the car side. Nothing solves. The screen on the dash shows something along the lines of "CarPlay Not Working...."


Appreciate any assistance you can provide!

To start, since both vehicles are from the same maker, we recommend reaching out to Ford to see if there is an update that needs to be pushed to the vehicles, so they work with iOS 16.3 as expected.


If there is no update or they haven’t heard reports of this, you will want to follow the steps found here: If you need help with CarPlay - Apple Support


If those steps do not help, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support so they can look into this in more detail. You can do that here: Contact - Official Apple Support
