Magnet open but nowhere to be seen

I've been using Magnet for a long time, but since I got a new MacBook recently, I can't seem to find it after I open it. On the activity monitor, I can see it's open, but it's not visible anywhere on the toolbar or on the dock, or anywhere. I've tried deleting and redownloading it, but I ran into the same issue.

Anyone any ideas?

Magnet windows manager tool bar menulet I recently purchased Macbook Pro 14 inch M1 Pro with Ventura after 10 years with MBP 2012. I use the Magnet app regularly. The app sits happily in dock and the menulet will appear in toolbar when the dock icon is clicked. However, it disappears at every shutdown and can only be re instated by clicking on dock icon once MacBook starts up. (Remains in place if MacBook lid shut or sleep mode entered). I have tried to put Magnet into "open at log in" Settings>general>log in items>open at log in but it also disappears when MacBook shut down (not when sleeping). Nothing in the app preferences to help in this matter. Have been using Magnet on the older MacBook (Catalina) and iMac (Monterey) for years with no issues - the Magnet menulet has always been available on tool bar where it suits me better. Is there anything else I can do? Am I missing something basic here with Ventura? I've reached out to Magnet but no feedback so far.

Mouse preference pane missing from Settings- Magic Mouse not working Recently my Magic Mouse stopped working on my work 2019 MacBook Pro. After fully charging it and it refusing to work or even connect via Bluetooth, I looked for the Preference pane in Settings (Ventura) and found it missing. Comparing the settings app with my personal M2 Macbook Air, I found the Mouse preference pane exactly where I expected it to be, below the keyboard pane. After many attempts to find some advice on the 'net, I decided to upgrade to Sonoma on both machines. Unfortunately, this didn't solve the problem. The Mouse won't connect nor does its preference pane appear in the list in the settings app. I've attached a screenshot showing the missing Mouse setting title. It should be between Keyboard and Trackpad. How do I rectify this?

Strange. It appears in the Menu Bar on my M1 MacBook Air running Ventura 13.2.
