Premium Parnter vs Premium Reseller

Hello,

I was curious about the difference between Apple Premium Partner and Premium Reseller? I have been hearing that many new Apple Premium Partner stores in EU, Asia etc. are being opened. Can't find & figure out the difference between these two concepts? Anyone got any clue? :)
