How to install Backup and Sync?

Where do I find the backup and sync dmg file?

The Google Drive app for Macs has replaced the previous Backup & Sync app. It can be used for files or photos or both. Download it from either of the following google sites:
https://www.google.com/drive/download/
or
https://photos.google.com/apps?pli=1
The dmg file will be in your downloads folder after you download it from either of the above sites.
