My watch will not accept my passcode in preparation for an update.
Trying to update my new apple watch but when I type in my watch’s passcode it won’t accept it. What passcode should I be using

Thank you for posting to the Apple Support Communities. Try these troubleshooting steps if your Apple Watch is unable to complete the software update:
- From the the Apple Watch app on your paired iPhone open: General > Software Update.
- Remove the watchOS update file here.
- Restart your iPhone.
- Restart your Apple Watch.
- Try to update again.
If needed, open the Settings app on your Apple Watch. Tap Passcode, then tap Change Passcode.
