Wind speed in knots

Please. We really need the option of wind speed in knots. It is a safety issue for navigators on top level new Apple Watches.

Apple Watch wind speed unit Hey, My iPhone’s weather app units are in Celsius and Kilometres, and Apple Watch mirrors all settings - location etc. However, while my iPhone shows wind speed in Km/h, Apple Watch shows wind speed in MPH. Any idea how I can make Apple Watch display Km/h as well? Or is that not possible? Thanks!
