IPhone SE (2nd gen) Keeps ghost touching, Touch ID barely working

How do I fix this, I’ve had my phone since October of 2022, I’m using voice type to type this cause my iPhone is going wild, my iPhone keeps locking itself off cause if I press one thing on the display, it presses 10 more things, if I can’t get this resolved, I’m switching to Samsung.
