It looks like your device isn't activated because it cannot connect to the activation server. We can help.


There are only three reasons you might see this message:


  1. Your device is not connected to the internet, either through a cellular data connection or through Wi-Fi.
  2. The network you are connected to is blocking your connection to the activation server as part of its firewall settings.
  3. The activation server is experiencing an outage.


According to the System Status page there aren't any current outages. So, let's start by trying a different Wi-Fi network: Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.


Give those steps a try, and see if there is any improvement.
