Airpods Pro 2. Gen

I also live in Turkey and using my airpods pro 2 gen with my iphone xs. Having the same problem. Mainly duriny incoming calls I face a problem. Even they are in my ear and comnected sound does not come and I can not change the sound source on the iphone screen. I bleive there is a problem with xs model software. Must be solved. Never had a problem with my old airpods 2. Gen. I have contacted to apple care and did every step they told me but no solution yet.

Moving forward, it would be best to first check to see if this issue happens when connected to another iPhone. Do you have a friend or family member, with an iPhone, that could help you test this out? If the issue persists with another device, we'd recommend following Apple's recommendation for service of your AirPods.


However, if the issue doesn't happen with another device, reconnecting with Apple Support would be the way to go. That way they can look into the best options for you at that point because they'll have new information from you to work with.

I mean I have followed all the solutions which the apple care specialist has asked me. I was told if those steps won’t work I will need an product replacement. I have been using my airpods pro 2 since then and still having the same problems. In my opinion there is nothing wrong with the device. The problem is with the connection of iphone XS. In the apple support community there are some other people mentioned similar connection issues with phone xs. Most probably replacing my airpods pro 2 will not work. Apple should lean over this connection issue for the XS users.
