Can I Charge my Macbook Air M2 by 20w Charger like the Iphone or Ipad Charger? what is recommended, thanks

You can, it will just take very very long to charge, and may not charge at all if it's being used.

The recommended option is to use the charger that came with the MacBook Air. If that is no longer available then purchasing one with a similar wattage will be the best option.
