I don’t know why I have a re-occurring payment
I see that there is a reoccurring payment on my bank account, but I don’t know what it is and why I have to pay because I don’t have subscription

Another possibility that isn't included with subscriptions is a recurring charge for an upgraded iCloud storage plan (if you have more than the free 5GB plan). Cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in the following Apple article: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support
