Transfer to your bank account routing and account number rather than to a debit card. See the instructions in the "Transfer in 1 to 3 business days to a bank account" section of Transfer money in Apple Cash to your bank account or debit card - Apple Support

There is no fee for the 1 to 3 day transfer to a bank account number.
