Question

Unable to install a (Teams) pkg

I see several chats about not being able to install pkgs, and specifically Teams.pkg on Ventura OS. I did not see any suggestions other than a clean-install of MacOS.

Any other (simpler) suggestions out there?

Thanks, this issue I reported is loading Teams on MacOS Ventura.

I tried the Microsoft links that you sent and was not able to find anything different (or better), the clear the same

Delete Teams cache in keychain access

1. Search "keychain access" in your spotlight

2. Type Microsoft Teams and delete ALL cache credentials

Delete Teams application cache:

2. Delete files in following folders.

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Application Cache/Cache”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/blob_storage”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Cache”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/databases”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/GPUCache”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/IndexedDB”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Local Storage”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/tmpz

Once above steps are done, open and try to sign in again in Teams.

Tried them all (again) and still no resolution.
