I have 13000 photos on a device with a corporate iCloud account. I need to transfer photos to a personal count on another device. What’s the fastest way?

If you have 13000 photos that you want to move to another iCloud account, then AirDrop is not the best solution.
You can download your photos from your iCloud and upload them to your personal iCloud afterwards.
1. Go to https://icloud.com from a computer.
2. Sign in with the Apple ID that contains your photos.
3. Open Photos, download all your photos to your computer.
4. Sign out again and sign in with your personal Apple ID.
5. Open Photos again and upload all your photos.
You can also share your Photos with Shared Albums. However, this will only work if you do not remove the images from your corporate iCloud account
