"This purchase does not have an invoice"

Hi,


I recently renewed a subscription for Zwift app, however the app does not see me as an active user. I did receive an email with a subscription confirmation but there are no billing details, etc. My bank account shows that the payment was made though. How can I ask for a support if reportaproblem.apple.com won't work in that case?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 16
