One Airpod Wont Charge

As title says one of my airpods wont charge. Brand new airpods pro 2nd gen that I bought a month ago. I use the right airpod most of the day but will use both for about 2 hours a day. Woke up one day the case was at 80% and both airpods were fully charged then checked my phone later that day to notice the left airpod was at 8%, the right one that I had been using for 3ish hours wasnt even at 70% yet. The charging symbol is showing on the left airpod but it never charges past 20% because every time I come back to check its at 8% or lower. I've turned off ear detection still nothing. Is this some bug? They were both working fine and charging fine for the first 3 weeks. Also for some reason when I use ANC they just randomly stop playing whatever im listening to and i have to reconnect them for it to start playing again, The case and Airpods are practically spotless havent dropped them or anything. I can't bring them back to get them looked at because im not near an apple store atm.
