How to see my apple charges
I see a charge on apple wallet for 10.29 at 1:30PM but it won't give me specific details on what paid for how do I see that?

If the charge was from Apple you can review your purchase history→View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support
If it was from some other merchant you would have to contact the merchant and the card issuer; the wallet displays all of the information that Apple knows about the transaction.
