Safari

Does anyone have an answer or an idea of how to fix this problem, so when I search, for example, “restaurant near me” on safari and it shows a list of restaurants and if I click on one of the restaurants it says “this page cannot be connected try checking your internet connection” but my internet connection and data is fine. And it’s been happening for about a week now.

Hi nani90,

Thanks for contacting Apple Support Communities!

We understand that you're unable to open a link when you search via Safari on your iPhone, correct?

If Safari isn't opening webpages as you'd expect, check out the troubleshooting steps outlined here to help isolate this behavior further: If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

"Clear website data

You can clear website data occasionally to improve Safari performance.

  1. Go to Settings > Safari.
  2. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
  3. Tap Clear History and Data to confirm."

Take care!
