No sync contacts in Bluetooth settings

I have setup my phone to connect to my Mercedes MBUX system via Bluetooth. It pairs fine and my iPhone 13 asks if I’ll allow sharing of contact information, which I’ve allowed. Unfortunately it isn’t actually sharing any contacts and there is no option to sync contacts. My car will allow me to send the contacts by Bluetooth, but I can’t find an option to send them by Bluetooth . Does anyone have a solution to either problem?

I am not using Apply Car play, just connecting through bluetooth. Ford Sync 3 doesn't download contacts from iphone 15 pro I just bought a 2023 Ford Puma with Ford Sync 3 media. I use a Fold 5 and from the first connection everything was ok, download the contacs, SMS, recent calls, ok. I changed the phone to a new Iphone 15 Pro last week and the phone connects to Sync 3, but the contacts can't be downloaded (and recent calls also). I checked the "download contacts" first time but is not working. If someone calls me I can answer. It says "maybe the phone must grant acces to contacts" or something like that but I can't figure out where. In the Bluetooth connections beside Puma I don't have the "contacts" button. In the setting/privacy/bluettoh also the puma is not shown. I tryed to delete the connection from iphone and car severel times but didn't work. The same situations. If you can help me it will be gerat. P.S. Escuse my writening (english is not my language).

Syncing iphone contacts to bluetooth car infotainment My wife and I both have iphones. Whilst my phone syncs to her car audio, full contact list, hers will not. There was no trouble in the past, but at some point only a proportion on names came through, but now none are being imported. It is an iphone SE 1st generation, so quite old. I'm assuming it is to do with IOS updates (hers is up to date). The car audio system was updated yesterday to no avail. I have been into Bluetooth settings on the phone and pressed the blue 'i' button , all groups, sync. contacts and all contacts are activated. Anyone with similar issues/solutions? BJC1Knowle
