Incoming calls & speaker use

Is it possible to activate the speaker feature on a iPhone, after you answer an INCOMING call, without automatically setting (in advance) EVERY subsequent incoming call to come in on speaker when answered?

iPhone 13, iOS 16

I think you have 'Banner' turned on in Settings, Phone, Incoming calls.

Try 'Full Screen'

My phone does not show the “hide” button when I answer a call….BUT, I think I figured it out! I had to touch the time, shown in the upper left corner, in order for the call to go to speaker. If you hit the time again, it will allow you to take it off of speaker, and then revert to the keypad view with the option available to “hide”.

WHO KNEW?!

Thank you for responding to me!
