All off a sudden weather won't upload on my watch

In your iPhone Settings (gear icon) go to and click on the following:

Privacy & Security, > Location Services, > Apple Watch Faces

Make sure that Apple Watch Faces is set to "While Using"

Hopefully that will fix it for you ;-)
