I was on phone with Apple support for 2 hours tonight , my problem is my apps are disabled & the lady had me create a new account but when I tried downloading a app , it still says disabled app .. please help

If or when you see a message saying "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" or "You cannot login because your account has been locked", you must contact Apple for help.
