Using Outlook via the Apple Mail App. seems to not allow editing of draft e-mails - among other oddities.

I had given up on using it but since the Outlook App. took so long to open I revisited its use. I'm fairly used to oddities and more than occassionally the issue is lack of user knoweldge but in this case I think I've exhausted all reasonable menu options and it seems that editing a draft is not a possibility; in fact its much worse than that; going into a draft to delete say a line results in deletion of the mail! I also clicked on "new mail" in error and there seems to be no way of shutting that new message down.

Is this level of dysfunction normal or is this somehow a recent software issue and is it only with Outlook? Obviously no one would use it if my experience is normal; I think I abandoned it earlier owing to oddities with drafts; at this stage the choice seems to be between waiting ten times longer and having a functional mail app. or having one that opens quickly but is completely missing some functionality.

It seems to be inconvenient to use.

We admire you for overcoming it in a sense with patience and effort. Will you be forced to have more patience and effort in the long run?You will reach the state of giving up, wondering if everyone is used to this kind of thing, but in this way, I think that the long history of mankind is changing little by little. It is sometimes necessary to wait patiently. From the perspective of a third party, even if such a thing is taken calmly, it will be in the midst of suffering for the parties concerned.
