Hey there padmanaban2016,

To answer your first question, the steps listed in this link show how to use your AirPods with your Apple Watch: Use AirPods and other Bluetooth accessories with Apple Watch

Regarding your second question about having what sounds like the Google Maps app say turn by turn directions through your AirPods, we wanted to confirm more details about what is happening, along with ruling out some possible causes:

  1. When was the last time you were able to hear the directions on your AirPods from the Google Maps app on your watch?
  2. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone and Restart your Apple Watch
  3. If you're paired with a compatible iPhone, the latest version is iOS 16.3. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
  4. We see you have watchOS 9 installed, but the latest version is watchOS 9.3. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to Update your Apple Watch.

Cheers!
