Do you happen to use a VPN to connect to the internet? If you do, does viewing the radar work as expected if you turn it off?

Before you delete any software, you may want to contact the app developer for more information about how the app works with your network, and whether it could cause connectivity issues. It seems you need help with your Weather app and we want to assist you.

It seems you reinstalled the app so far, definitely a great step to take. You want to make sure your connection is good. Is anything having trouble loading in other apps? Are you on Wi-Fi when checking?

Make sure you disabled or remove any VPN apps or profiles you might have configured, then try closing and restarting your Weather app and iPhone:

Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone
