disable the blue highlight on my ipad
My ipad pro is fully updated. How do I disable what seems to be an automatic “blue highlight” on the texting on email etc.

Do you happen to have Switch Control enabled? You can go to Settings > Accessibility > Switch Control to check. You can also learn more about Switch Control here: Use Switch Control to navigate your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
"Turn Switch Control on or off
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Switch Control and turn the setting on or off. You can also triple-click the Home button or the Side button on certain models at any time to exit Switch Control."
