mail stopped retreiving new mail on my macbook air

Suddenly Mail is not retrieving new mail. I have not changed any settings. Mail is coming through fine on my iPhone, but no new mail since yesterday on my Macbook Air M2, 2022. Would love some suggestions on how to resolve this. TIA

Nevermind! Somehow all accounts were taken offline. I have no idea how or why. I clicked on "Take all accounts online" and voila, problem solved!
