For iMac models 2021
can this be possible for iMac models 2021? Trying this on a 2021 model but this doesn't work. Any help will be helpful

The Target Display Mode was dropped several years ago. The Macs that can utilize it are older Macs. This Apple document describes which models can be used as an external monitor and which can use them: Use your iMac as a display with target display mode - Apple Support The 2021 models are not included.
