If you have a MacBook Pro, Air or regular, you can use this ➜ Belkin iPhone Mount with MagSafe for Mac Notebooks - Apple

If you have a desktop Mac with a third party display or an iMac, you will need to search for mounts that can fit your particular monitor. You'll want to search for "adjustable iPhone mount for continuity camera" at a place like Amazon.
