Iphone not making calls
I have a new iphone 14 plus. Often when I make a call l can hear person I’m calling but they can’t hear me.

Open the Voice Memos app and try to record something, then play it back. If you can hear yourself, then the problem would seem isolated to phone calls, in which case I would first try calling your carrier to troubleshoot.
