Can I recover a conversation that I accidentally deleted from my recently deleted

Assuming you are referring to a text conversation, then the answer is probably not. Once you've removed it from your iPhone and cleared the Recently Deleted file, it can only be recovered by restoring it from a backup made previously of your device.
