Scroll lag on brand new iPhone 14 proMax

Slow and lagging when trying to scroll left -right on home screen and up down in any app. I have spent enough time searching this forum and no answers to this problem.

this is not a 200$ android phone I’m holding its a 1500$ iPhone! Why is this not already fixed and why can’t I get support from Apple about this? Does anyone else have this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it? Thank you for any help
