Notifications and background app refresh

Greetings!

Few days ago, i stopped getting notifications on applications that are working online (mail, whatsapp, viber, etc..). I get notification only when i open application. So i looked for the problem online and did everything that was recommended. At the end i used “reset all settings” option in general settings. But i still have the same problem. Obviously there is a problem with background app refresh.

Additionally, when i change notifications appearance settings from “stack” to “list”, it doesn’t change it…

Calls and messages application working normally.

What should i do to solve this.

Hi Syrmian,

Do you have Background App Refresh enabled?

Do you often keep your iPhone in Low Power mode? If you have Low power mode on, this prevents refresh and syncing and would be expected behavior. Turn that off to get a normal syncing experience.

Make sure you have Background App Refresh on:

Switch apps on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
