You do realize CrossOver does not work with every app. Plus every time a Windows' app is changed (aka updated by the developer) there is always a chance the Windows app will no longer work with CrossOver. The same thing can occur when CrossOver is updated where it can break a previously working app.
You need to contact the CrossOver developer CodeWeavers for assistance, or check the online CrossOver forum to see if the app is even compatible, or what settings may be needed to make it work. Many Windows apps need custom configurations of CrossOver (WINE) in order to work including needing to have CrossOver report as a certain version of Windows. Attempting to run Windows' apps with CrossOver (or WINE) is not always as simple as running an installer or app. It is nice when it works, but many times you will encounter issues.
Just a quick online search revealed this article regarding a few tips in general for CrossOver Apple Silicon game support (not much information, but it may help with your DXVK question):

FYI, this is the first post I've seen regarding CrossOver on these forums, so you may not get many responses.
