Will I lose my Apple Music playlist after I change the area and resubscribe?
Recently, I changed the area of my Apple ID from us to Canada. Will I lose all my playlist in Apple Music after I changed the area and re-subscribe apple music?
I am pretty sure you will because you will be ending a subscription completely and then starting a brand new one.
Deep down in the legal documents: Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple you will find, "When your Paid Subscription to any Service ends, you will lose access to any functionality or Content of that Service that requires a Paid Subscription."
